Ideal for second trimester support or easing into consistent bodywork, this series allows us to begin building therapeutic understanding, tracking patterns, relieving emerging tension, and supporting your body as it adapts to pregnancy.
Regular massage during pregnancy is most effective when it’s consistent. This series creates a steady rhythm of care while remaining flexible.

Consistent, Progressive Care Across Your Pregnancy
The Continuity Series is designed for those who want regular, responsive support throughout their pregnancy.
Pregnancy is dynamic. As your body adapts — through pelvic changes, postural shifts, rib expansion, fluid retention and nervous system fluctuations — consistent therapeutic care becomes increasingly important.
Five sessions allow us to move beyond symptom relief and into progressive treatment.
This is where massage becomes more than relaxation.
It becomes relationship-based care.

The Whole Journey Continuity Series is designed for clients who want pregnancy care to feel supported, intentional and deeply resourced - not reactive.
Through eight 90-minute sessions, we build on each treatment, track patterns in your body, and provide progressive support as you move through each trimester and prepare for birth.
This is continuity of care.
This is therapeutic relationship.
This is being truly held.
8 × 90 minute pregnancy massage sessions
$1,360 (normally $1,440) plus a bunch of other extras
Each session is tailored to your changing body, incorporating remedial techniques, somatic awareness and nervous system regulation.
Because I am also a birth and postpartum doula, this series offers an opportunity for deeper, wraparound support.
Clients who book The Whole Journey Series receive:
$150 credit toward birth doula support
or
$100 credit toward a postpartum doula package
This is about alignment.
If, during our work together, you feel called to additional support, your continuity investment can extend seamlessly into birth or postpartum care.
The Whole Journey Continuity Series is payable in full prior to your first session.
Private health fund rebates may be claimed after each individual treatment, with receipts issued per session.
Packages are valid for 10 months and are non-refundable but transferable.
